Shipping Policy

1. Delivery area

NeoPet delivers to valid addresses in the Republic of Moldova. Select your locality at checkout and provide a complete address and reachable contact details.

2. Delivery charge

The charge is calculated from the selected locality and active tariff and is shown separately before you place the order. Any free-delivery condition or alternative option is displayed at checkout.

3. Processing and timing

Processing begins after order confirmation and, for bank transfer, after payment confirmation. The estimate depends on stock, locality, non-working days and the courier and is communicated with the order or by NeoPet.

4. Receipt

Inspect the parcel when received. Photograph visible damage and notify the courier and NeoPet promptly. Risk passes when you or your nominated person takes physical possession.

5. Failed delivery

An incomplete address or unavailable recipient may require rescheduling. Any actual extra cost is communicated before another dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable, NeoPet will offer waiting, replacement or refund.
